The Mauritius Institute of Directors has set up the Director’s Forum in 2012, in collaboration with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Mauritius have set up to support in building more effective Boards and to promote good corporate governance in Mauritius. The Forum acts as an Advisory Council and provides guidance to directors based on consultation with Government and regulators while focusing on key issues relating to Corporate Governance.
