MIoD has recently revamped the WDF’s terms of reference to catalyse fundamental shifts linking greater representation of women in the C-suite.The purpose of the WDF is to encourage a gender diverse culture with more women in leadership positions and at board levels in private and public organisations in the Republic of Mauritius.
The WDF is a platform to promote an increase in the participation of women, propose and implement measures for greater diversity and inclusion on boards and leadership levels in Mauritius. It also aims at better understanding the real or imagined obstacles to increasing the number of women on boards and in leadership positions and hence recommends solutions accordingly.
